We’ll send you an email invitation with a unique link to a survey. Occasionally, we will also send out reminder emails near the survey closing date. You can access your account using the ‘Sign In’ area on the website. To sign in you will need your Username (your email address) and Password you registered with and then select the 'My surveys' from the menu.

We appreciate the time you provide in giving feedback, so we don’t send all surveys out to every panel member. We aim to send members a maximum of one survey a week and at least one per month.
No - participation in each survey is completely voluntary and members can unsubscribe from the panel at any time.
No - this would unfairly affect or bias the survey results so it is not possible.
This will vary but will be made clear for each survey. If you try to access a survey which has closed you will be told as soon as you try to complete it so you won’t waste any time.
If you have to stop and close the survey before finishing it, don’t worry, simply click back on the link that you have been sent and as long as the survey is still open, you will be able to finish it. Any previous answers will be saved, so you won’t need to re-answer all of the questions.
We try to keep our surveys short. If a survey is much longer than normal, we may offer an extra incentive as a way of saying thank you for giving us more of your time.
The results can be wide-ranging as our surveys cover many products, services and sectors. The results can help improve a service, track the impact of a marketing campaign, shape policy thinking or gauge public opinion.

All sorts! Anyone can join, so long as they are aged 16 or over and live in Scotland. We want to make sure that ScotPulse really does represent all different types of people across the country.

You’ll find an unsubscribe option on every email and if you ‘Sign In’ to your account you can unsubscribe from here too. Please note that it can sometimes take a few days for this to be processed. In accordance with data protection legislation and the Code of the Market Research Society, all your personal details will be deleted.
All the people who complete a questionnaire within a given month will be entered into the monthly prize draw. Every month we give away a minimum of £500 worth of prizes. Details of the prizewinners will be posted on the website. There will also be thank you incentives and occasional special project prize draws.
To be in with a chance of winning you need to complete a minimum of one survey across the month and normally across a typical month we have 15 prizes.
Winners of prize draws will be notified by email and delivery of prizes will be within 8 weeks of the confirmation email.
If you are having trouble with the links you are emailed, you should try signing in to your account on the ScotPulse website and accessing the surveys from there. If this doesn’t work, please contact us at info@scotpulse.com.

Go to the home page, click 'Sign in' and then select the 'Forgotten your password?' link. You will be sent an email enabling you to reset your password. Please note that the link in the email will time out after one hour.
